Sugar-free House

Oh Boy! Since Dustin is passing is days at school, I need to find something to do. last week, I just did nothing. And when Dustin would come home, I was borned to death, but He wanted to relax and stay home.
Now this week, I find things to do, ..well I do the things I can.
reading more, walking Dustin to school in the morning (once), taking a coffee somewhere, preparing a french-course for the church, cleaning, bloging…and not much more.

But when I’m homw (usually alone), I don’t make myself lunch, I just eat when I’m hungry. I am a snack-addict. I seriously think, that I could just eat small things through the day. Wich is not a total wrong idea, depends on what kind of snack you eat.
I love chocolate, chips, cheese, yogurt, cookies, peanuts and raisin, popcorn, ect. But at the Barker’s home, there is just NO SUGAR, nor sweet things that taste like sugar.
So this week, I don’t stay in bed ’till 11h, I don’t do nothing of my corpse! I find myself jumping around, singing, or talking to myself, thinking of Dustin, or things fun that’s coming up, or old friends. Watching tv, at every commercials, I get up and run at the kitchen and look at every place there is food, hoping that a Magic Elf came to put some cookie dough ice-cream in the freezer, or brought a huge jar of chocolate cookies and brownies, a pint of chocolate milk in the fridge, a cashew bag on the counter, and I could go one for a while!
(I always hope that they didn’t put any camera in the house, because they would see me running around, singing loudly, saying dumb things in french, and looking for food like a starving homeless!)
It’s good thing that they don,t buy those things…good for my health. There’s good things to eat, I just like extra good food.
I don’t NEED sugar! I just like alot.

So, I’m in a coffee place called: Chartreuse Moose (wireless internet free) And I guess Dustin came from school, I better go see him…and see if there’s something…new to eat (wink to the Elf)
