• We’re done with housiting back in town with Rick and Marci.
   
• Dustin’s been feeling sick since monday, but he’s a little better now.
   
• We lost our first softball game 7 to 8. Going for a second tonight.
   
• Dustin and I can kiss again. no scar on the lip.

• My driving test is this friday at 10.30 a.m (1.30 p.m in quebec) pray for me and my parallel parking.
   
• I don’t tutor anymore, the kid was not putting any effort in it, so I decided not to lose my time and his mom’s money, so called her.
   
• Around trip from BC to Qc for 2 persons cost 1400$ by plane or 470$ by bus. We will go through the country on a 3 days trip by bus. We don’t have the dates for now, but I think it’s the most logical choice in our condition!

Dustin used to be a cowboy!

Dustin has a fat lip! You know that we started to play softball. So we had a practice yesterday (sunday). Someone bat the ball, it rebound on the ground in front of Dustin who was trying to catch it and it bounced on his face. I was far from him but everybody stopped playing and turned to him. I could see his bloody mouth from far, and started to worry! Thanks to God it didn’t hit his nose nor his teeth, but it cut open his upper lip, quite deep. I was freaking out inside! but tried to keep it cool. Dustin? He was so relaxed! saying: I’m alright, please don’t stop the game for me, it doesn’t hurt. He was so smooth. We found some ice with the beer! So I drove him to the hospital (still in shock) and it seems like evrerything was in our way. A truck was slowing us down, we hit every red lights (wich happens not that often) and?!?!  There was geases on the highway?!?!? they were walking, like nothing else mattered! Anyway.
Arriving to the emergency, it wasn’t busy at all. Dustin wanted a bottle of water, but the machine wouldn’t take our change (another thing to stress me out ahah)
A lady finally comes out and say: Dustin Barker? She was only there to see if he needed stitchs. We waited some more and finally got to see a doctor who started his 5 stitchs (I know that was a deep cut) When he injected the freezing stuff, his lip became so fat it made me laugh. I was watching during the ’operation’ and felt alright looking at a bloody fat lip, but then at the last stitch I began to feel dizzy, I couldn’t hear right and felt like throwing up! I kept telling myself: come on, you’re such a chicken, you never used to be sensitive like that!
I breathed deeply and it was over. Dustin was all good. here a fresh picture this morning:

He missed school today. He can speak but last night we played dominos with his parents and we laughed alot, wich made his lip to open and bleed. We won’t kiss for awhile…sad I know.

Cool Fact
Marci told me last night that when they were in Israel, they went to see the wailing wall (western wall, mur des lamentations) And she put a prayer in the cracks. So guess what? Yes my name is on there! there’s nothing magical about it, but it’s kind of cool!
